Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
